Happy New Year

Hope you had a great Christmas, today see's your trusty photographer writing this with a sad looking salad by his side, punishment for overindulging over the break.

This year is the first occasion since I have been a photographer that bookings for Sunday to Friday weddings have super seeded the traditional Saturday date, and with a booking for a Tuesday ceremony, i can finally claim to have undertaken a wedding on every day of the week.

I am going to be touting my wears at a few wedding fairs in the early part of this year, always good to have a chat with excitable brides and hubbies to be, who have been dragged begrudgingly away from the football.

I will be at the newly refurbished Park Inn Palace, Southend on the 27th February, and at The Cliffs Pavilion on 13th March.

For me,the wedding season kicks off at the end of January where I will be taking care of Claire & Colin's big day, Santa rewarded me with a nice new lens which i cant wait to try out.

So looking forward to making a start, getting creative and ready to click away to preserve all those wedding day memories...bring it on
